Village Hall Fitness Classes

High energy exercise to music sessions for all ages and abilities utilising equipment including skipping ropes, mats and dumbells. Classes are an hour long and are held in the village hall on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm plus Friday mornings at 9am. The first class is always FOC, thereafter £6 per class, so why not come and have a go?
